OK Gift Shop specializes in New Zealand souvenirs, offering a wide array of rare items that are hard to find elsewhere. In addition to our store in Auckland, New Zealand, we also have a branch located in Cairns, Australia.

Returns and exchanges

REFUND POLICY

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If the item or items are unable to be Repaired or Replaced then a Refund will be given.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

We are not required to refund if:-

  1. you decide you don't want the goods.
  2. you find the same item cheaper elsewhere.
  3. the item does not fit in your luggage
  4. you bought gifts for someone else that they don't like or already have.
  5. you bought an item that doesn't match what you already have.
  6. you bought clothes that don't fit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange your goods within 28 days with proof of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition, in its original packaging with tags and be able to be resold.

Any item showing signs of wear and tear or of having been used will not be accepted.

The price of the new item must be the same as or greater than the price of the original item.

Items excluded from this exchange policy are as follows:-

CDs, DVDs, all under garments, jewellery, pierced earrings, food items or any item which has passed it's expiry date.

Sending overseas

Eligible purchases sent overseas are not charged 15% GST. Manuka honey and New Zealand food products are also available in store.
