A full flavoured blend of honey from New Zealand’s subtropical forests. Our manuka honey is at least 30% manuka, with the rest made up of other New Zealand bush honey. The other honeys (Rewarewa and Kanuka) tone down the harsh manuka taste resulting in a smooth mellow flavour.
