Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
Occasionally we may be unable to fulfill your entire order due to being out of stock of a certain item. When this is the case, and we are expecting delivery within 3 weeks of your order, we will not dispatch any of your order until we have received the out of stock item. If it is going to be longer than this, we will send the remainder of your order.Refund
If you have paid by credit card the refund will be credited back to your card in New Zealand Dollar. When an refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. this may also cause a variance in the price payed and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

Any insurance cover is limited to items purchases from the OK GIFT SHOP only. It does not cover personal belongings. In the event of a claim. Any claim must be notified by telephone to the store from where the product was purchased within 3 working days of the item being delivered. Thereafter, photographic proof may be required to verify any claim of damage. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the OK GIFT SHOP reserves the right in the first instance, to replace or repair any lost or damaged item(s). If a replacement of a lost or damaged item is not available, the OK GIFT SHOP will refund the purchase price. Any refunds will only be made to a nominated Credit Card in the name of the sender.
